One-to-one breathwork coaching for people navigating stress, burnout or chronic pain.

I know what it feels like to carry something invisible.
For ten years I lived with chronic pain from IBS - a stress-related condition that affected my mood, my sleep and my daily life in ways that were largely invisible to everyone around me. I pushed through lessons in agony. I hid panic attacks on family holidays. I carried it quietly, the way most of us carry the things we haven't yet found a language for.
What dissolved it - after years of inconsistent attempts - was breathwork. Not occasional breathwork. Not breathwork when I had time. Daily, committed, fully immersive practice that I stopped fitting around life and started treating as the anchor life was fitted around.
I have been pain-free for six months. My nervous system stress score has fallen from 52 to 19 over four years of consistent practice. My cardiovascular fitness age, according to seven years of biometric data, is 21. I'm approaching 57.
I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because I believe - through lived experience rather than theory - that the nervous system is more involved in physical pain, chronic stress and burnout than most of us have been taught to understand. And that a consistent, personalised breathwork practice can change your nervous system's baseline state in ways that are real, measurable and permanent.
That's what I work on with clients.
